Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what HomeAid Monitor collects, what stays on your device, when information is transmitted, and what choices you have.

1. Who we are

HomeAid Monitor is developed and operated by HomeAid Solutions. For privacy-related questions, contact privacy@homeaid.solutions.

2. Data stored on your device

HomeAid Monitor stores core personal health data locally on your device. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

• Health readings such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, pulse and notes
• Medication names, dosages, schedules, reminder settings and adherence records
• Lab results and appointment records
• Fluid intake logs
• Profile information such as name, date of birth, address, height, doctors, emergency contacts and insurance details
• Conditions, diagnoses, allergens and food scan profiles

This information is not uploaded to HomeAid Solutions servers as part of normal app use.

3. Food label scanner

When you use the food scanner, an image that you capture or choose is sent securely over HTTPS to the analysis service so the app can return a result. Relevant conditions and allergens may also be included so the response is meaningful.

• The scanner request is used only to generate the scan result
• The scanner feature is optional
• The rest of the app does not depend on using the scanner

4. Purchases and payment processing

Premium purchases are managed through the relevant app store and RevenueCat entitlement handling. HomeAid Solutions does not store your payment card details.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

HomeAid Monitor does not currently use third-party behavioural analytics or crash reporting services.

6. Permissions

The app may request access to the camera, photo library, notifications and local storage. These permissions are used only for the related features you choose to use.

7. Backups and exports

If you export data to JSON or CSV, the file is created on your device or shared using the options you select. You are responsible for where you store or send exported files.

8. Data deletion

Because the app stores data locally, you can delete individual records within the app or remove all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage on your device.

9. Website and downloads

The HomeAid Solutions website may process limited technical information such as standard web server logs when pages or downloads are requested. The website exists primarily to provide product information, downloads and policy pages.

10. Children’s privacy

HomeAid Monitor is not directed at children under 13. If you believe personal information from a child has been provided through the app, contact us so the issue can be addressed.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will be updated.

12. Medical disclaimer

HomeAid Monitor is a personal health logging tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
